  • We are based in the Eastern suburbs, and cover all areas of metropolitan Melbourne, Yarra Valley, and the Peninsula, Victoria.

  • Depending on the size of the property, it typically takes 1-2 hours.

  • You do not need to be present at the inspection. However, you can meet your inspector at the end of the inspection to go over the report, if you’d like.

  • Our report covers about 250 items, including structural, cosmetic, and more. We inspect both inside and out. We cover wet areas, water pressure, hot water services, roofs, gutters and insulation. We also inspect smoke detectors and safety switches.

  • You will receive your report within 1 business day of the conclusion of the inspection.

  • Yes! If you book 4 or more new home construction inspections as a package, you will receive a discount.
